Existing tests may be covered by copyright, trademark,
patent, trade-secret or other protection, and typically require
explicit permission or the purchase of a license from the test publisher
before they can be converted to online operation. It is the purchaser
of PSTC's test-administration services who bears the sole
responsibility for securing required permissions or licenses
prior to importing test content into PSTC's server software
(whether run on PSTC's servers, or using PSTC software on the client's
computers).
PSTC disclaims any and all responsibility for any misuse
of our test-server software to infringe on the copyright, patent, trademark,
or other intellectual property rights of authors or publishers of
tests, test items, or other information used in online testing.
